The Kind Kitchen is an independent non-sectarian 501(3)c organization dedicated to doing kindness to whomever, whenever. The Kind Kitchen began in 1987 sending out a small number of meals and grew into a full-size operation feeding 2100 people a month. You would be surprised what people can do because of their inner passion and compassion for others. WE ARE DEDICATED TO HELPING OTHERS AT ALL TIMES WITH FRESH MEALS.
Who will be receiving food?
Needs come in various ways:
Someone who lost a loved one, a family member helping a loved one going through any type of treatment, someone recovering from illness or surgery, a family member who is in the hospital, a mother who just had a baby, a single mom trying to make ends meet, a Holocaust survivor, the elderly, the homebound. We do not discriminate.
How do they hear about us?
