Whether we lose our spouse or life partner unexpectedly or after years of illness, the impact is profound. Although to some extent we must go through the loss alone, it can be helpful to have an emotionally safe environment to share feelings, fears, hopes, and coping strategies to help us get through the weeks, months, and yes, years, of adjusting to life without our “other half.”

January 10, 24, and February 7. Please plan to attend all 3 sessions.
Time: 10:30-12noon.
Location: Jewish Community Synagogue

Cost: $75 ($25/session)

Group facilitator: Audrey Ades, LICSW, PsyD had a clinical practice in the Boston area for 23 years before moving to Florida in 2008. During that time, she worked with clients individually and in groups.
